Your marriage license stays valid for 10 days. Get married within that window. After the ceremony, the officiant signs the license along with two adult witnesses aged 18 or older. Both people need valid photo ID. A driver's license, state ID, passport, or certified birth certificate works. You must be 18 or older to apply without a parent present. No blood test is required. Oklahoma dropped that rule in 2005. There is no residency requirement. You do not need to live in Jenks, Tulsa County, or even Oklahoma to apply here. If either applicant was divorced in Oklahoma, a six-month waiting period must pass before remarrying someone new. This rule is in Oklahoma Statutes Title 43 and does not apply if you are remarrying your former spouse.
