Walk into the Court Clerk's office in Stigler with your partner. Both people need to be present. Bring a valid form of ID. A driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID, or certified birth certificate with a raised seal all count. No waiting period for adults under Oklahoma Statutes Title 43.

Any ordained minister can perform the ceremony. Judges and retired judges can too. Since November 2022, ministers do not need to file credentials with the Court Clerk before officiating a marriage in Oklahoma, per O.S. Title 43, Section 7.

Requirements are standard across all of Oklahoma. Both people need valid photo identification. The legal marriage age without consent is 18. No blood test is needed. Oklahoma ended that in 2005. People who were divorced in Oklahoma must wait six months before they can marry someone new, unless they are remarrying the person they divorced.
